1. The Service
Spredditor is a platform that facilitates introductions between Reddit users and brands/recruiters. GH Digital Media Private Limited acts as a facilitator and intermediary.
2. User Eligibility & Verification

• You must be the rightful owner of the Reddit account submitted.
• You must complete the bio-verification process to be listed in our database.
• Providing false stats (Karma, account age) will result in a permanent ban from the platform.

3. Payments & Fees

• Facilitation: Spredditor facilitates connections between brands and users.
• Commission: Spredditor charges a commission or subscription fee for its services. Specific fee structures will be disclosed during the campaign or contract agreement phase.
• Taxes: Users are responsible for reporting and paying their own taxes on any income earned through brand collaborations.

4. Limitation of Liability & Content

• Content Safety: Spredditor is not responsible for the content posted by Redditors. If a user posts “brand-unsafe” or prohibited content after being hired, the liability rests solely with the user.
• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that listing your profile will result in a paid collaboration.
• Platform Conduct: We reserve the right to remove any user or brand from the platform for unprofessional behavior or violation of Reddit’s sitewide Content Policy.

5. Intellectual Property
The Spredditor name, logo, and platform architecture are the property of GH Digital Media Private Limited.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
